Collaborate with the creators of The Arrival to compose the thematic score that will underscore the journey of Allister Adams and his family as they navigate the dangers of a superstorm disguised as an impending alien arrival.
Here are some links to examples of my scoring for short films.
Étude — MHIMA Award Nominee:https://vimeo.com/471732524/ed25287818
A young woman encounters a ballet studio, and a forgotten passion reawakens.
I scored this short film in lieu of the 2021 Marvin Hamlisch International Music Awards, for which I also was nominated as a finalist. The music is very much inspired by classical ballet music akin to Tchaikovsky’s or Prokofiev’s music.
Matching Maybes: https://youtu.be/YBEw2bGC6n8?si=nhcZnwvAzAifl5f1
A young man gets a match on a dating app which leads to weeks of nerves, hope, and doubt as they get to know each other. Is she the one for him and him the one for her?
The music for this short film, especially in the second half, is partly inspired by impressionist composers, specifically Eric Satie’s Gymnopédies for solo piano.

No Country for Old Men scene rescore: https://youtu.be/GIZtYXvK7Xk?si=zFFvJlJVVeyxYj4o
No Country for Old Men is a 2007 American neo-Western crime thriller.
I studied music at City, University of London, and graduated last year. I am currently finishing my Master's in music composition, with an emphasis on how music works in the context of narratives (be it film music, music for theatre, musicals, multi-media projects such as this one etc). In the Composition for Moving Images module at City, University of London, I undertook a project to rescore a scene from the film as a study of action and thriller music. The music focuses mainly on the POV's fear as he is being chased by bad guys.
Knick Knack Rescore: https://youtu.be/z5Lg7Yhg_uA?si=r08fVQnoVAzZfPt2
Knick Knack is a 1989 3D animated short film produced by Pixar Animation Studios.
In the Composition for Moving Images module at City, University of London, I undertook a project to rescore this short film as a study of comedic music.
And finally, a recently released song of mine
