    What a fun story. Instead of a traditional more authoritative narration (which I could also do but I think many others have given you options), I thought a couple different spins may also work too :)

    New York Cabbie

    Imagine you're in the back of a cab and you're being told the story

    Guy Next Door 

    Friendly guy telling a story but maybe doesn't quite connect fully to the story to add some distance as if he was a radio host

    Southern Narrator

    Contrasting with the rest of the story, a Southern US narrator who has a folksy wink to his style
