Collaborate with the creator of Children of Eldair to compose the theme song and additional thematic music that captures the mystical and epic narrative of the series.
Children of Eldair is an interesting brief, because your approach to your characters and trying to connect their qualities to specific instruments is a very good marker for what you're going for emotionally. From what I read and felt, the story is a galactic love opera with cosmic stakes . That's something I can work it.
I've assembled a small demo just to showcase my abilities and thinking. In this specific occasion I went full orchestral, but wanting to maintain a sense of adventure and suspense within fairly romantic vibe.
I used 3 repeating patters symbolizing 3 of the different characters. And this is one of just many possible combinations a 3 and 4 sound palettes can work together but simultaneously "hold their own".
For the rest of the works it would be amazing if we can experiment with more electronic stuff, but without leaving the fantasy element behind. I think this can give the rest of the soundtrack a more unique sound that can intertwine well with some cool sound design for a real impactful sound experience.
So, without further ado. Here's one my ideas for the Children of Eldair's Theme.

Koe LeKai - The celli and piano sequence worked well for me and I think are a very solid base to develop the rest of the instrumentation on.
Embera Arlen - Fro Embera I chose the Harp. I think it compliments the piano well, having a gentle and character but, a strong attack that quickly becomes center of attention.
Indira - I kept your idea with the woodwinds.Thank you for reading this and hopefully we can work together on bringingthis cool story to life. As I said I'm highly collaborative, nothing isn't set in stone with meand I'm super chill to work with. So, again I hope you dig what I did.
Best,
Maksim
