What is the most defining thing that happened to them between the ages of 1-18?
The disappearance of his mother. She disappeared when Niccolò looked away for a second when they were having a fight. It was impossible that she could have gone anywhere, she was just gone, as if she was dead. The combination of their fight and that she vanished, caused him to hear voices of her mother. Was he going crazy or was she the real mom in another universe? An investigation for murder was started with him as the main suspect, he was found innocent. His dad went crazy and his deepest fear is ending up like him.
Do they have a significant other? Kids? Close personal friends or confidants of note?
His father, which he finds hard to see because he reminds him of what he might become. He lives in a madhouse.
His old friendships broke down because of his obsession with the Disco Ball Theory.
He has a lab partner, Lynn, where he builds a bond with, keeping him sane. This relationship formed as others broke down, because having 0 relationships is a death sentence. When he is with her, he can hide his split mind effectively.

He studied radiowaves and used this for possible applications in the medical world. He created a machine which could calm down people, an amazing invention. When he can’t handle the voices, he uses this device on himself, causing an addiction to develop. Other voices he hears are according to him other people that also vanished.
Describe the specific events that happened with the mysterious incident that led to their parent's → parent disappearance. How did this event ignite the character's interest in DBRIS and Disco Ball Theory?
This impossible event could possibly be explained by the Disco Ball Theory. He wants to believe he is not going crazy, so it has to be true. He can’t end up like his father. He is crazy either way, but he refuses to believe that. His craziness is not so far that it can’t be cured though.
Describe the state of the character’s personal life after having devoted themselves to Disco Ball Theory?
His amazing mind allowed him to rise to the head of the organization. He is respected as he can hide his problems quite well, but that’s also because he does most public things with Lynn. Lynn knows what is going on with him. Everyone looks up to him, but he is mysterious as he lets no one into his split mind. He wants to make friends, but he is afraid that the others notice his craziness which would cost him his position. He has to be in control, he has to solve his mother's disappearance. If he is happy or not completely depends if today was a success or a failure.
What is the character’s personal philosophy on Disco Ball Theory?
It’s real and it took his mom from him. It allows his mom to talk to him. It has to be true, because if it’s not he is crazy. He also hates it, because it destroyed his life, his friendships.
What are the character's long-term visions for DBRIS, and how do they intend to achieve them?
He has to solve the mystery, so he wants the project to be as big as possible. He will lie to any investor to get money. As his madness grows (because the public sees him as a waste of talent, more and more friends leave him), he will start exploiting his employees, not being concerned about their wellbeing.
How does this character respond to those who believe Disco Ball Theory is a hoax or pseudoscience?
He has to answer professionally for the sake of his company, but internally it destroys him. He forced himself to live in a world where the Disco Ball Theory is real, but deep down he knows he can’t be certain and anyone breaking his lie is a threat. He avoids these people where possible.
Who does this character work closely with within the organization? Are there any significant friendships or rivalries?
Lynn is another prodigy. She believes in the Theory because of the facts and together they make an excellent team. Without her he is lost.
A rival: The woman who accuses him of pseudoscience.
Jhon, who challenges his position and as a result gets destroyed. Niccolò won’t let anything stop him.
