She received derision from her peers for pursuing an exotic branch of science. This sweepingly changed her character, from being an offbeat, extroverted and ambitious kid to a reserved one.

She has 4 close friends from different corners of the world. They got to know one another through a website about the universe and space, where they shared the same thoughts and aspirations.

Describe this character’s educational and work background before getting involved with DBRIS. What types of “mainstream” science did they study? What degree(s) do they hold? What organizations did they work for?

She has degrees in Physics and Astronomy.

She works for NASA.

Describe the specific events that happened with the mysterious incident that led to their parent's disappearance. How did this event ignite the character's interest in DBRIS and Disco Ball Theory?

On that fateful day, she had the worst mental breakdown ever. Considering that she had hardly made any progress in her work and suffered from an increasingly deteriorated sense of identity, she bursted into tears and lost control. in her mental torpor, she sought for her parents, who were the closest ones of hers. She then externalizes her long ambition for deciphering the mysteries about other universes to her parents. however, they did not understand and believe in her far-fetched theory, they even heavily castigated her for having a weak psychology and unrealistic dreams. the last hope was dampened, she felt so miserable and infuriated that she wished that she had a more understanding and open-minded parents. After that day, her parents were nowhere to be found. No traces of being kidnapped or intentional leaving were detected. After a month of searching and more reported cases like her parents’ , she decided to delve into the disco ball theory.

Describe the state of the character’s personal life after having devoted themselves to Disco Ball Theory?

Making friends and collaborating with like-minded people.

She became more expressive and determined in her decisions.

Life became more interesting and adventurous, yet, she felt that there was a hole as the longing for her lost parents grew unbearable.

What is the character’s personal philosophy on Disco Ball Theory?

In the movie, your parallel self in each universe would be interconnected by their innermost aspiration. For example: a version in the universe wants to be a superhero, yet, he is only a normal person. Then his parallel person in B universe is a superhero. But this person has another dream, which is actualized in another universe. The cycle goes on.

Nevertheless, Amyas discovers that this cycle is unsustainable, as it may lead to overlap in time and space. She then later stresses the importance of living in the moment and appreciating your own life to the fullest.

What are the character's long-term visions for DBRIS, and how do they intend to achieve them?

They aim to become a bridge connecting different civilizations, creating strong bonds in the multiverse. Besides, their ultimate mission is to safeguard the stability and justice in the whole universe.
